A native of Beckley, West Virginia, Patti has a BA in Rehabilitation Education
and an MA in Counseling from Marshall University in Huntington, WV.
Patti joined the staff of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tri-State in
1978 as a Case Manager and was named Executive Director in 1979.
Since that time, Patti has been responsible for over seeing the daily operations
of the agency and with the aid of the Board of Directors, ensuring the
compliance of all agency standards and procedures as well as the fiscal
management of the agency. She is a member of the United Way Agencies
Executive Council, the National Professional Association of Big Brothers Big
Sisters of America, Leadership Tri-State Advisory Board and Alumni Association, and the
Barboursville Rotary Club. Patti and her husband, Randy,
reside in Huntington and have two children, Elizabeth, a junior at Huntington
High, and Evan, a freshman at Shenandoah University. They are also the proud
"parents" of their dog, Woody.

A native of Kingsport, Tennessee, Lee received her BA in Mass Communications and Recreation from Emory & Henry College in Emory, Virginia and is currently working on getting a Master’s in Education at Morehead University. Since 1998, Lee has been a Case Manager with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tri-State. She is also a Big Sister in the School Based Mentoring program. Lee resides in Ashland, KY with her husband, Kris, and his son Jake. She enjoys her many pets, crafting, sports, and working with her youth group.

A native of Hanover, WV, RaShawna received a BA and MS in Criminal Justice from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. RaShawna has always worked with children. Before coming to Big Brothers Big Sisters, she worked at a facility for juvenile delinquents and abused and neglected children. RaShawna joined the staff of Big Brothers Big Sisters in January 2003. She has been a Big Sister for over 6 years, and considers her current Little Sister a part of her family. RaShawna has been involved with Girl Scouting for the last three years and serves as the Publicist for the Beverly Hills Service Unit. She also is a volunteer cheerleading coach for Beverly Hills Middle School. She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Tri-State and is now a member of the Alumni Association. RaShawna resides in Huntington with her husband, Jason. They are expecting their first child in May. They share a love for animals, and have a dog, Sawyer, and two cats, Simba and Stormy. She enjoys reading, crafting, scrapbooking, cooking, watching movies, walking in the park and sporting events.

A native of Troy, OH, Erin received her BS in Correctional and Juvenile Services from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY. Erin has worked with children since graduating from college. She worked at a residential treatment facility for juveniles before joining the Big Brothers Big Sisters Staff in 2003. She is also a Big Sister in the School Based Mentoring program. Erin resides in Greenup, KY with her husband, Chris, and their two children. She enjoys sports, boating, swimming, and crafts.
Becky Burdick

A native of Tupelo, Mississippi, Becky moved to Huntington over 20 years ago. She received a Regents BA Degree from Marshall University. She has been involved in volunteer work in many organizations and has participated in mission work in areas including Nicaragua and on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Becky joined the staff in September 2006, and is a Big Sister in our School Based Mentoring Program. She enjoys scrapbooking with her little sister. She resides in Barboursville and loves spending time with her son, Jeff, daughter-in-law, Kari and two wonderful grandsons, Jackson and Jude. Becky enjoys being involved with her church’s music program, playing the piano, attending concerts, working vintage jigsaw puzzles and cooking new recipes.
